Big Wool Earflap Hat

OK so its Sunday name is “Swing”, but here’s my most recent knitting achievement. Its a hat, with long earflaps that make a scarf:

I has a nice bit of garter stitch around the brim:

Somebody we know likes your hat a lot – but it would probably reach down to her feet :o)

Ssshhhh! You’re making me snigger out loud and I’m at work. The hat wouldn’t reach her feet but I can certainly make her one that does :)
