  1. They look very cool! But I don’t have any old flip flops to recycle, as I hate flip flops (please don’t ask!). Plus I can’t knit…:/

    But… I’ll bookmark that pattern as I think I have a plan…:)

Let me know how it goes if you try it! :)

  2. Sorry, I have to ask! Is it a don’t-like-having-something-between-my-toes thing?

What’s your plan? I have something that needs knitting in a hurry and my mum is knitting it for me – how’s that for a plan? I’ll post it when its done, of course :)

  3. Yeah, that’s pretty much it, and my Mum thinks I’m really weird, but I can’t help it! I broke one of my middle toes once, and had to have it bandaged to the nearest other toe with a splint in between. It was torture!

My plan? Well, it’s rather similar to yours. I have a member of family who can knit and who seems eager for new projects at the moment, and I’m sure Mum will have a spare pair of flip flops around the house somewhere, unless she threw them all out last year. So, I’ll ask, and see if I receive. ;)

Oh, and was it you who sent me a link to an article about a jumper made from cat fur? I forget if it was, but I don’t know who else would share such a link with me – anyway, I sent that link to Mum, and now she’s wondering if I’ll be able to crochet something for her out of all her cat’s excess hair… not sure if it’s my cup of tea, though…;)

If it wasn’t you, and you haven’t seen it, let me know and I’ll try to find that link… it’s got to be seen to be believed!
